The location proved convenient. It was next to the Metro and Gare de l'Est. The staff offered helpful service. I also enjoyed views of the Eiffel Tower from the bedroom window. the Sacre Coeur from the bathroom window.

The hotel's location was PERFECT, just outside the main train station. I easily found food options right outside the hotel, very convenient. The staff provided professional service, and the reception was manned 24 hours a day. I found the price acceptable for the services I received.
I noticed there was no soap, shampoo, or handwash in the bathroom.

the hotel has a prime location near gare de l'est station. i needed a place for train disruptions near the olympics and appreciate this hotel. the crisp bed linen and the long windows with a street view brought me a restful night. the staff was very friendly.
the hotel requires bath mats, as the shower water spills onto the floor. it poses a slipping hazard and needs immediate attention for safety. i believe they should prioritize this to ensure guests a secure experience.
